Pay Dues

River Meadows HOA contracts Fennell Property Management, Inc. to manage the neighborhood financials, including annual dues payments. 

Dues statements, also called Payment Notices, are typically mailed out in December or January each year.  Unpaid dues are considered late on March 1st and will incur a $25 late fee each month that they remain unpaid. Should your outstanding balance reach $300, a lien will automatically be filed and all associated fees to file that lien will be added to your outstanding balance. 

Please have your Payment Notice in-hand to make a payment. The numbered items below represent different options to pay:

1. Online through the Truist portal (truist.com/payments)
   1. Pay by Card Payment - fees may apply
   2. Pay by eCheck using ACH 
2. Online Bill Pay Providers (this is through YOUR online banking)
3. Mailing Payments
   1. check mailed to Fennell Property Management, Inc. (PO Box 628207, Orlando, FL 32862-8207). All check payments must be accompanied by a coupon from your Payment Notice. Please retain all payment receipts for your records.
